                            Holiday and Important day (2010 -2011)

  1. First day of fall semester: August 6, 2010.
  2. Thanksgiving Holiday: November 24 – 28, 2010.
  3. Christmas and New Year Holiday:  December 23 – Jan 4, 2011.
  4. First day of spring semester: January 5, 2011.
  5. Spring Break: March 14 – 20, 2011.
  6. DAA and Mitsi Daacing School “East Meet West” Showcase at Miller Outdoor Theatre: April 30, 2011.
  7. Mitsi Dancing School 27th Recital: Sunday, May 29, 2011.
  8. Summer Camp June to July, 2010. (More Information T.B.A)
  9. First day of fall semester: August 6, 2011.
     
 
     
 

                        Ballet Classes Requirement for students
  Pre-Level     1 or 2 classes per week (ages 3 –4)
  Level 1             2 classes for ballet, Chinese Dance & Tap per week
  Level 2-10, and Advance 

4 Ballet classes per week plus Chinese Dance, tap, Modern
  Requirements to go on Pointe Sufficient strength and technique.  3 hours of ballet per week starting from level 2A and teacher’s approval. These requirements are only to insure safety for the students in preventing injuries.
     
   
           
      Required Dancewear
  Pre-Ballet             Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
  Level 1 - 3                Black leotards.
  Level 4- 7                Royal blue leotard.
  8 - Advance           Royal blue, Black leotard.
    Hair must be in a bun and away from the face.  Pink tights for all ballet classes.  No Shirts or tanks in in classes.
     
     Registration, Tuition, & Recital
     
 

Tuition is due by the 30th of each PREVIOUS month. $15 Late charge is applied to tuition paid after the 3rd of each month.

$25: Registration fee per family a school year.  ($15 for Jan – July; $10 for Jun – July)
Recital costume fee is due with the August tuition.  Recital fee is due with the February tuition
$45 a month for one class (45 minutes) per week, each additional class is $20 for each month.
$60 a month for 1 hour class per week.        

Special discount for pay by Semester (Must be paid by 15th of August or 15th January)
1 class a week: $200      2 classes a week: $300        3 classes a week: $400       4 classes a week: $500 …….     

Private Lesson:
$45/45 Min for 1 student         $55/45 Min for 2 students        $60/45 Min for 3 students $60/45 Min for 4 students      
$60/1 Hour for 1 student          $70/1 Hour for 2 students        $75/1 Hour for 3 students $80/1 Hour for 4 students                      

Solo Dance Lesson in Small Group:
$100/ month: 1.5 Hours for solo or duet with 5 to 6 students a class with recommended ballet and Chinese dances classes.

$80/ month: 1.5 Hours for 7 and up students a class with recommended ballet and Chinese.

$20 service fee is charged for each returned check.
Registration fee, tuition, and recital fee are not refundable and will not be credited to the next month.

Classes with less than 8 students will be considering private lesson, either cut short or cancelled.  

Dance classes will be cancelled, if the H.I.S.D. or A.I.S.D. cancels classes due to bad weather.
   
 

Studio Rental

 Studio rental is available for $10 to $50 per hour.  Please contact us for a quote.
